Lauren loves meeting and getting to know clients, either in person or via an online platform such as Skype. She is passionate about making the experience as relaxed as possible, while creating an environment that allows for discussion and questions. She believes a dietitian’s job is not to tell you what to do, but to support, guide and encourage you along your journey to a healthier and more fulfilled life.
Lauren has experience in a variety of areas of nutrition, including:

It is always wonderful when healthy changes are embraced by the whole family – this helps to ensure that the changes will be maintained long term. Couples/family consults allow for discussion, planning and goal setting in a group environment.
Meal plans are personalised according to each client’s individual measurements, goals, nutritional requirements and food preferences. Meal plans are meant to guide and support you, not “dictate” exactly how you have to eat. They are useful to help improve your confidence regarding portion sizes and help you to balance your meals appropriately and effectively.
Lauren is passionate about improving health in the corporate setting. All too often healthy eating habits are improved at home, but cannot be sustained in the workplace. Improving the culture of health and wellness in the workplace has been shown in many studies to improve work performance and job satisfaction. It can also go a long way to improving the short- and long-term health of employees.
Lauren is available for wellness days, talks as well as workshops in corporate settings.
